Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters..

Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, high asset division, custody, support, modifications, and protective orders
* Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements
* Handle court appearances, including temporary orders hearings, settlement conferences, and trials
* Develop and execute strategic case plans tailored to each client’s goals
* Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed and managing expectations throughout the case
* Collaborate with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and compassionate client service

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
* Active and good standing membership with the state bar
* 3–7 years of family law experience strongly preferred
* Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle emotionally charged cases with discretion
