Family Law Firm Seeks Talented Attorney
A bit about us:
Boutique West Hollywood Family Law firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The Firm represents high net-worth individuals in areas including divorce, paternity, and Post-Judgment matters, including issues of spousal support, child custody, and property division. The right person will have a passion for practicing family law and will be able to manage their own case load, with support from fellow and senior attorneys. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with clients to provide legal advice and representation while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings and agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients in various legal matters.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and assist in developing case strategies.
Maintain organized case files and documentation for all client matters.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
At least three (3) years of family law experience
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
Proven negotiation skills with experience in resolving disputes effectively.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for conducting thorough legal research.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
