The successful candidate will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, paternity, and adoption. Responsibilities

The Family Law Attorney will:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, adoption, and other related matters.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and marital settlement agreements.
3. Prepare and present cases to judicial officers in hearings and trials, effectively arguing clients' positions.
4. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay abreast of current trends and developments in family law.
5. Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Texas State Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law.
4. Proven courtroom experience with strong litigation skills.
5. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
