We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our small boutique law practice.

Handle requests for orders/motions, evidentiary hearings, depositions, temporary restraining orders, status conferences, settlement conferences, and trials
Conduct complex legal research
Managing multiple clients and properly setting expectations
Be a formidable advocate for our clients, while maintaining a professional working relationship with opposing counsels
Effectively propound and respond to discovery
Prepare forms and draft pleadings
Share in our firm's commitment to the highest calibre of legal representation and ethical standards
Effectively manage a robust caseload of hearings and deadlines
Be personable and empathetic to the client’s situation

• CA Bar in good standing
• Juris Doctor Degree
• Family law experience 1+ years
