Job Details
Currently they are looking to bring on board another Attorney with Family Law experience this time and it will be a full-time permanent role working Monday – Thursday 9-5 from their office and Fridays from home.

- Use legal experience and client service skills to professionally represent clients in a broad spectrum of domestic litigation matters;
- Create and maintain case plans for each case assigned;
- Research, draft, review and analyze a variety of legal documents;
- Consult with clients via telephone, email and written correspondence;
- Coordinate and plan with paralegals and legal assistants regarding case strategy;
- Proactively manage client expectations, while professionally advocating for their ethical and reasonable positions
- Prepare for and participate in all forms of legal hearings required in family law practice.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- License in good standing or the ability to become licensed to practice by the State Bar of Utah.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus on accuracy, details, meeting deadlines, and service goals.
- Proficient legal research and writing skills.
- The ability to work with and manage a team of support staff.
