Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of family law issues, including child custody, child support, separation, and divorce.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and agreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
  • Develop case strategies based on the law and the unique circumstances of each case.
  • Advocate for the rights and interests of clients at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Stay updated on developments in family law and participate in continuing legal education.
  • Collaborate with legal team members to ensure a high level of client service.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • Proven experience in litigation and mediation.
  • Strong knowledge of family law, including child custody, child support, separation, and divorce.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to ethics and client confidentiality.
  • Passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex legal issues.
