We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with a passion for making a difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, adoption, and domestic violence.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their rights and best interests.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including petitions, motions, agreements, and orders.
- Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to gather all necessary facts and evidence for each case.
- Collaborate with various professionals, such as social workers, counselors, and other attorneys, to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in family law and child custody regulations to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering empathetic and practical advice during difficult times.
- Commit to the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in family law. Will not be considered otherwise.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
- Candidates who are former prosecutors with 3+ years of family law experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to handle cases independently from initial intake through trial.
