Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, adoption, and other family law matters.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including client consultations, discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements while providing practical, client-focused legal advice.
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and efficiency.
- Actively participate in business development and contribute to the firm’s growth.
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with the family law team to ensure excellent client service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar admission in Pennsylvania.
- 7+ years of relevant family law experience.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cases independently.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
- Ability to cultivate new business and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related legal software.
