Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, adoption, and other family law matters.
  • Manage all phases of litigation, including client consultations, discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trials.
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements while providing practical, client-focused legal advice.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and efficiency.
  • Actively participate in business development and contribute to the firm’s growth.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with the family law team to ensure excellent client service.

Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar admission in Pennsylvania.
  • 7+ years of relevant family law experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex cases independently.
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
  • Ability to cultivate new business and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related legal software.
