Job Details

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in family law litigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, and domestic violence cases
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Negotiate and mediate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Prepare and present cases in court
  • Manage a caseload and ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Provide clients with sound legal advice and guidance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Attend depositions and court hearings
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking events and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Excellent client service skills
