Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Associate Attorney to independently manage a sophisticated caseload while working closely with firm leadership. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and interested in building a long-term home with a genuine path toward partnership and future equity participation.

Responsibilities:
Handle family law matters from inception through resolution
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
Manage complex divorce, custody, timesharing, support, and post-judgment matters
Conduct depositions and negotiate settlements
Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources
Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with support staff
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm

Qualifications:
Active Florida Bar license
4+ years of family law experience preferred
Ability to independently manage a caseload and client relationships
Strong courtroom, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational abilities
Leadership mentality with an interest in long-term growth
Portable business welcomed but not required
