We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team and support attorneys in handling a wide range of family law matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients while managing complex case files in a fast-paced environment.

- Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery, financial disclosures, and other legal documents in family law cases
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials, including organizing exhibits and evidence
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring deadlines are tracked and met
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct factual research and gather supporting documentation for case preparation
- Support attorneys with high-conflict custody matters, spousal support, and complex property division cases
Qualifications:
- Strong background in family law with experience supporting attorneys in contested custody and asset division matters
- Active knowledge of California family law procedures, court rules, and filings
- Proficiency with legal software and case management systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
- Commitment to meeting a 1650 billable hour requirement annually
