Job Details

The ideal candidate is an experienced Family Law Paralegal with a strong background in California family law, including hands-on experience with Santa Clara County Superior Court. This individual can independently manage cases, take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. We are seeking a highly organized professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle time-sensitive responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience as a paralegal in California Family Law, including at least 1 year of full-time experience with Santa Clara County Superior Court
  • Must be based in California; Northern California preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with legal software
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and professional integrity
  • Trial experience is a plus
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Bilingual candidates in English and Mandarin or Cantonese are preferred, but not required
