Our client, a national and highly-respected law firm, is seeking to add an established Family Law Partner to their growing firm. A small portable book of business is required, in addition to work that will be provided from the firm.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of family law, including high net worth divorces, child support, divorce, and custody.
2. Develop and implement case strategies, conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court.
3. Manage a robust book of business, ensuring the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
4. Work effectively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law, sharing this knowledge with the team to ensure best practice.
6. Participate in business development activities, such as networking events and client meetings, to expand the firm's client base and reputation.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law, with a focus on high net worth divorces, child support, divorce, and custody cases.
4. Must have a strong book of business, demonstrating the ability to attract and retain clients.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to clients on a personal level and communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable way.
6. Proven track record of courtroom success, with strong negotiation and litigation skills.
7. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
8. Strong commitment to ethical legal practice, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing leadership and mentorship as needed.
10. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
