We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Family Med Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the medical industry. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients of all ages. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting physical exams and medical histories
• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribing medications and other treatments
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Educating patients on health promotion and disease prevention
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Providing referrals to specialists as needed
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) preferred
• Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient needs
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
