1. Provide primary healthcare services to patients including physical examinations, preventive health measures, and diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions.
2. Develop and implement patient management plans, record patient history, and provide comprehensive patient care.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments.
4. Prescribe medication and suggest lifestyle changes to improve patient health outcomes.
5. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and create detailed healthcare plans.
6. Conduct research to improve patient care services and outcomes.
7. Participate in ongoing professional development activities and stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and trends.
8. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
9. Manage emergency situations and provide timely and effective patient care.
Qualifications:
1. Must hold a valid license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in family medicine or a related field.
3. Exceptional understanding of family medicine principles, procedures, and best practices.
4. Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to handle emergency situations.
5. Proficiency in using healthcare software and computer systems.
6. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and their families.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey medical information to patients and their families.
