Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional primary care services to patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Perform comprehensive physical examinations and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in family medicine through continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Current licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.
Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
Proven experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner is preferred, but exceptional new graduates will also be considered.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients, colleagues, and staff.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
