Job Details

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing finances and records across multiple entities using QuickBooks.
  • Coordinating household maintenance and supervising vendors and service providers.
  • Overseeing domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Managing the family calendar and coordinating personal and professional appointments.
  • Supervising household staff and maintaining schedules.
  • Overseeing management of several vacation properties.
  • Running errands and providing hands-on administrative support.
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related role.
  • Advanced QuickBooks experience and strong financial accountability.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • U.S. work authorization and clean background required.
  • Flexible and proactive mindset; comfortable working occasional nights and weekends.
  • Must enjoy working in a family environment with children and pets.
  • Bilingual a plus but not required.
