What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan
Practice evidence-based medicine within a collaborative care team
Diagnose, treat, counsel, and educate patients
Manage referrals and coordinate specialty care
Document and complete care plans in a timely manner
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
✅ Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Pennsylvania
Strong interest in outpatient, ambulatory care
Passion for community-focused primary care
