The FF&E Coordinator/APM works with designers, vendors, and service providers to implement our signature brand for the Streamliner and Cabana Apartments by facilitating the design process, developing and managing the budget and schedule, procuring FF&E items and services and ensuring installations meet design intent.
The FF&E Coordination workload will ebb and flow based on where we are at in project timelines, so this role will absorb some of the traditional APM duties as well including submittals, change orders, RFIs and sub contracts.
**This position will be 50% FFE Coordination, 40% APM duties and 10% design-forward-specific skills.

Project Duties and Responsibilities*
Design/procurement:
- Assist with the development of FF&E Budget (MS Excel workbook) for each project
- Develop FF&E schedule (MS Project) that ties into construction timeline
Construction/installation:
- Support document control for FF&E items (review drawings, draft RFIs, review and package submittals)
- Coordinate delivery of FF&E items and oversee installations
Close-out:
- Perform walkthrough with design team members (landscape and interior design) to ensure intent of design is met for each space.
- Perform punchlist walk to review design/FF&E Features
Requirements:
- Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in the purchasing, project management and/or construction industry
- Experience with Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Autodesk Build, MS Project, CAD, Adobe design tools, is a plus
- Interior Design experience is a plus**
