Job Details

As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing and overseeing all stages of the construction process, from design to completion.
2. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Developing detailed project plans, including resources, timeline, budget, and risk management strategies.
4. Conducting site inspections to ensure that construction activities comply with design specifications and safety standards.
5. Implementing advanced structural engineering techniques and methodologies to solve complex construction challenges.
6. Preparing and presenting project updates to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
7. Resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process, from technical problems to disputes with suppliers or subcontractors.
8. Continuously improving our construction processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Project Engineer position should have the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on structural engineering.
3. Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
7. Proficiency in using construction management software and other related tools.
8. A professional engineering (PE) license will be considered an advantage.
