Job Details
Responsibilities:
Analyze, test, and troubleshoot complex UPS system issues.
Install, update, manage, and maintain UPS software.
Diagnose and perform repairs on UPS systems.
Provide technical support and problem resolution to clients.
Adapt to changing field conditions with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with UPS manufacturers such as Liebert, Powerware, MGE, APC, Chloride, Mitsubishi, or Toshiba
