Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the current installation base daily maintenance, repair and trouble shooting. Maintaining customer relations, improving customer satisfaction, and establishing long-term cooperative relationships;
2. Responsible for installation site pre-check, assiting equipment unloading, completing the installation, commissioning, operator training for new equipment at the customer site with customers' acceptance/safety/training check-list documents signed;
3. Responsible for the promotion and sales of service products and spare parts to achieve service revenue targets;
4. Participate in exhibitions, complete the exihibtion equipment installation/disamble and commissioning, and operate eqiupment during the exhibitions;
5.Assist demo machine installation/disamble, commissioining in the Customer Experience Center if needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electrical and other science and engineering related fields preferred;
2. More than 2 years of service experience in the laser cutting machine or related industries;
3. Work diligently and conscientiously, have strong execution ability, have team spirit, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure; Good service mentality, communication in patience;
4. Able to travel nationally or to Canada.
