Job Details

What You’ll Be Leading:

You’ll oversee a team of service coordinators and technicians, ensuring smooth job execution from start to finish.

You'll improve systems and set new service standards, raising the bar for quality and efficiency.

You'll lead training initiatives — both technical and safety-related — to keep your crew sharp and compliant.

You’ll manage the shop floor, aligning operations with output goals and making sure manpower is maximized.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales to build technical proposals and support complex customer needs.

Most importantly, you’ll serve as the heartbeat of a department that thrives on reliability, safety, and customer focus.

🛠️ You’ll crush it here if you:

✔ Have 7–10+ years of hands-on experience with industrial equipment, pumps, rotating equipment, mechanical services, and/or heavy equipment.
✔ Have led service teams or departments and know how to get buy-in from your crew
✔ Know what good service looks like — and how to raise the bar
✔ Have a clean driving record and can get to customer sites when needed
