- Oversee and manage all aspects of field service operations, ensuring all activities align with company policies and standards.
- Handle warranty and contract management, including negotiations, renewals, and enforcement of terms and conditions.

- Lead, mentor, and manage field service teams, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
