Job Details
* MUST LIVE WITHIN AN HOUR FROM A MAJOR AIRPORT*
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Provide start-up, training and repair services of (water system) equipment in the field as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proper communication with the customers.
Requirements:
∼ High School Diploma or equivalent required
∼ Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
∼ Must possess or obtain a valid passport within ninety (90) days of hire date
∼ Must possess strong communication skills
∼ Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software products
∼ Communicate professionally and in a service-oriented manner, both written and verbally, with customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
∼ Working in all industrial laundry facilities, and boiler/utility rooms. Climates vary from high heat to colder temperatures
∼ Providing and maintain detailed service/expense reports for all customers/site visits in a timely manner
Preferences:
∼ Technical vocational schooling a plus; electro-mechanical preferred
∼ Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
∼ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, burner and hydraulic failures
∼ Teardown machines and mechanisms, determine the extent of troubles, repair damaged mechanisms, and/or replace worn parts and reassemble.
∼ Ability to read schematics (Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Flow, and Hydraulic)
∼ Applying preventative measures to equipment to reduce the risk of future problems
∼ Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, cand change out components
∼ IT/Networking set up skills
Physical Demands:
∼ Must be able to travel Monday through Friday (home most weekends)
∼ Position requires frequent kneeling and bending and considerable use of hand tools
∼ Must own and carry a tool kit with hand tools and basic test equipment
∼ Working in uncontrolled climates
