What You’ll Do

Essential Functions
- Travel to customer sites (up to 75% mostly local travel) to commission, service, and support Central Inverter Systems
- Schedule and coordinate with contractors to meet customer start-up and training needs
- Perform voltage measurements, inspections, and compliance checks against product specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including cable connections, AC/DC circuits, PCB assemblies, and control systems
- Install remaining inverter parts and batteries to complete commissioning
- Diagnose and correct system performance shortfalls onsite
- Provide feedback to Design and Engineering teams for system improvements
- Deliver remote technical support for installation, operations, and troubleshooting
- Prepare and manage documentation, expense reports, and service records accurately and on time
- Ship replacement parts, process returns, and support the testing department as needed
- Follow all OSHA, NEC, and NFPA 70E safety guidelines
What You’ll Bring (Required)
- 2-year Electrical degree OR 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, AC/DC motors and drives, and control systems
- Familiarity with PLC systems and common wiring practices
- Ability to work with single and three-phase units up to 480 VAC, and DC voltage from 6–326 VDC
- Hands-on experience with battery operations and handling (ability to lift up to 120 lbs.)
- Understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA electrical safety standards
- Proficiency with electrical measurement devices and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in central lighting inverter systems
- OSHA 10 Safety Training
- CPR & AED Certification
Essential Functions
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Ability to move about office and field environments
- Regular use of computers, testing equipment, and office machinery
- Strong communication and observation skills to identify, resolve, and document issues
