Job Details
Responsibilities:
Install and startup new equipment at customer sites
Troubleshoot and repair equipment at customer sites
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Provide technical support to customers
Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex problems
Work with customers to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and improvements
Document all service activities in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain a safe work environment at all times
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, electro-mechanical assembly, installation and startup of new equipment, industrial robots/automation, and Allen Bradley PLCs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
