Job Details
Position Summary
Responsible for organizing, digitizing, and maintaining physical and electronic records to ensure accurate, accessible, and secure documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Sort, organize, and file physical documents in accordance with company procedures
Scan, upload, and index documents into electronic filing systems
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper labeling and categorization
Retrieve files and documents upon request in a timely manner
Perform data entry and verify accuracy of scanned records
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Assist with document retention, archiving, and disposal processes
Support administrative team with general clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of administrative, clerical, or records management experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills, including experience with scanning equipment and document management systems
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
