We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional with a passion for quality and safety. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed packaging and form-fill seal operations in an aseptic environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Filler Line Operator - Aseptic, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Operating aseptic operations for high-speed packaging and form-fill seal machinery in an aseptic environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.

2. Conducting regular (CCP) Critical Control Point Checks to ensure product quality and safety, and promptly addressing any issues that arise.

3. Overseeing packaging operations, ensuring all products are packaged correctly, efficiently, and safely.

4. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of food safety and quality control regulations and ensuring all operations comply with these standards.

5. Troubleshooting any issues with the machinery or packaging process, and taking the necessary steps to rectify these issues promptly and effectively.

6. Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality products.

7. Continually seeking ways to improve operations and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for the Permanent Filler Line Operator - Aseptic position will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on food safety, quality control, and aseptic operations.

2. Proven experience with high-speed packaging and form-fill seal operations.

3. A thorough understanding of (CCP) Critical Control Point Checks, and a proven track record of maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

4. Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and rectify issues.

5. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.

6. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technologies.

7. A high level of physical fitness, with the ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
