Our prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced and dedicated Finance and Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This full-time permanent position is a unique opportunity to apply your specialized knowledge and skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. As a Finance and Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team with a broad range of real estate and finance transactions. You will be responsible for managing title commitments, conducting real estate closings, and providing comprehensive support for our legal team. Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and revise legal documents related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and deeds.
2. Coordinate and manage real estate closings, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and signed.
3. Review title commitments and surveys, resolve title issues, and coordinate title insurance policies.
4. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on various real estate and finance-related matters.
5. Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
6. Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate entities, including courts, county clerks, and recorder's offices.
7. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings, and attend such proceedings when required.
8. Maintain organized case files and track deadlines to ensure timely compliance with all legal requirements.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree required, paralegal certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in the areas of finance and real estate law.
3. Proficient in handling title commitments and conducting real estate closings.
4. Exceptional knowledge of federal and state real estate and finance law regulations.
5. Strong research and report-generating skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
8. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
9. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
