PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES



Project Manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously in the respective sites and processes.
Identify Best Practices within the Company and industry, then propose and execute their implementation.
Identify areas of improvement within the Finance Organization that will lead to enhanced:
Month End reporting (time and quality)
Business Analysis
Internal Control Environment
Statutory Compliance
Map the existing processes in Workflows. Identify “waste”, “savings” or “enhancements” and propose the necessary changes. Such mappings should include the outsourced tasks currently under the scope of Accenture services.
Help scope the basis of a new ERP and develop the supporting business.

METHODOLOGY

Deliver the transformation agenda by identifying different programs, defining the expected impact of each one.
Set up a budget of resources needed for each program
Periodic and systematic communication of achievements, scope changes, problems, etc.
Develop the reporting monitoring templates used to define the objective of the project, the cost and return and cashflows, the business benefit and key completion milestones
Lead the monthly financial systems project review meeting for Finance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Proven record of accounting and finance process understanding and management
Proven record of enhancing and implementing Finance systems within a global business
Subject matter expert in both financial accounting and management of financial system improvements.
Ability to effectively segregate, communicate, and manage competing priorities, tasks, and workflow
Able to travel globally as and when required.
