Job Details
- You have 5+ years of experience building out and managing finance and accounting processes in a fast-paced environment
- You possess an analytical mindset and great attention to detail while also thinking strategically about the company’s objectives
- Your excellent oral and written communication skills enable you to effectively work with team members across the organization
- You’re comfortable with shifting priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Bonus: you have experience working in a high-growth technology company; SaaS knowledge is a plus
- Bonus: you have worked with Rupa’s finance/accounting software tools previously (Quickbooks Online, Bill.com, and Brex)
