We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst II to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that will play a pivotal role in our finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and data-based information on the company's profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. You will be expected to research and analyze financial information to help the company make well-informed decisions, write reports, and monitor financial movements.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations based on findings.
2. Utilize Oracle Software and Blackline software for financial data analysis and reporting.
3. Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting, using advanced Microsoft Excel techniques.
4. Prepare audit schedules, assist in audit preparation, and ensure adherence to GAAP and IFRS standards.
5. Perform month-end close tasks, including general ledger analysis, reconciliation, and adjusting entries.
6. Conduct historical account true-ups, variance analysis, and budget analysis to identify trends or issues.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines, and participate in compliance reviews.
8. Collaborate with management on business analysis, financial planning, and corporate finance strategies.
9. Generate month-end reports and other management reports as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
3. Proficient in Oracle Software, Blackline, Microsoft Excel, and other financial software.
4. Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, financial auditing, and management accounting.
5. Exceptional skills in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
6. Proven experience in audit preparation, reconciliation, general ledger analysis, and month-end close procedures.
7. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
