Job Details
The position will focus on supporting various groups within the organization on functions including portfolio management, asset management, new property acquisitions & new developments.

QUALIFICATIONS
More specifically:
- Maintain a portfolio of Argus / valuation files, updating as needed for changes to the rent roll, budget, and capital markets.
- Generate quarterly discounted cash flow valuations for a portfolio of assets.
- Assist Local Partners and Finance Managers with acquisition and new development underwriting and financial analysis.
- Assist Asset Managers with economic analysis during new lease negotiations and asset dispositions.
- Assist Capital Markets Group with partnership cash flow distribution (waterfall) models.
- Generate investment analysis summaries for presentation to investment committee and outside capital partners.
- Gather and organize market information to be used for various company reporting purposes.
- Research projects including credit analysis of potential tenants, sales comparison information, and competitor analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in: Real Estate, Finance or Economics
- Mathematical, analytical, and a problem solver
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Must be able to work independently while still functioning well in a team
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage aggressive deadlines
- Ability to listen well and learn new skills, processes, and information quickly
- Experience with Microsoft Access preferred but not required
- Experience with Argus preferred but not required
