Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and create financial models to support business decisions
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide support for audits and financial reporting requirements
  • Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and grant reporting for nonprofit organizations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks or SAP, preferred
