Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to provide financial information to our management team by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports. You will also:

1. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
2. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
3. Report to management regarding the finances of the organization.
4. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
5. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems.
6. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements.
7. Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
8. Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.
3. Proven proficiency in Excel and reporting.
4. Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
5. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into understandable and actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8. A high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
