Overview:

As a Reconciliation Operations Specialist in our Managed Services team, you support our global clients with their investment operations processes, specifically reconciliation and data aggregation. This team focuses on improving the operations of investment management firms and hedge funds around the world providing our customers support in their back-office operations, specifically in trade processing, settlements and reconciliation.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in Finance/Fintech Industry
  • Bachelor's Degree relevant to the field of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Performing daily reconciliation of accounts with financial institutions in a time-sensitive environment
  • Researching and resolving data integrity issues while performing the reconciliation by communicating with the client and the data provider
  • Researching and resolving client inquiries in a timely manner and document issues and resolution and communicating delays and/or issues both internally and to the client
  • Participating in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience
  • Working within clients’ service level agreements (SLAs)
