We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated Financial Analyst to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to play a crucial role in our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and forecasting, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Financial Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting detailed financial analysis and developing comprehensive financial models to support business decision-making processes.
2. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, including variance analysis and commentary.
3. Providing insightful financial data to support strategic initiatives and business development.
4. Collaborating with various departments to understand and report on financial performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements.
5. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
6. Participating in special projects as required, providing financial expertise and analytical support.
7. Reviewing and analyzing financial information to identify potential risks and opportunities.
8. Developing and maintaining financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast, and budget.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Proven experience in financial forecasting, financial modeling, and financial planning.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly strong in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial personnel.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8. Knowledge of the manufacturing industry will be considered an asset.
