Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in the wellness brands industry. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our organization, ensuring the financial health of the company. You will be working alongside a talented team of professionals to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to help drive business decisions.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide recommendations for improving financial performance and reducing costs.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with P&L analysis
  • Experience performing Ad-hoc financial and variance analysis
