Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive or plastics manufacturing industries. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for budget planning, financial forecasting, and financial analysis. You will work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budget planning and financial forecasting
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast
  • Assist with month-end close activities and financial statement preparation
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cost Accounting
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, and/or plastics manufacturing industries
  • Proficient Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
