Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in the engineering industry. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our engineering department.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights into business performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Develop financial models to support decision-making and forecasting.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial support for engineering projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
