Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in the engineering industry. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our engineering department.

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights into business performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Develop financial models to support decision-making and forecasting.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, and identify areas for improvement.
Provide financial support for engineering projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the engineering industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
