Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a permanent role within our manufacturing industry, where you will be tasked with the responsibility of providing accurate, timely, and relevant financial information to support decision-making processes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role is ideal for candidates who are keen on leveraging their financial acumen to drive business performance and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
2. Analyze financial data and create financial reports for decision-making purposes.
3. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
4. Utilize SAP and ERP systems to extract and analyze financial data.
5. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
6. Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
7. Partner with various business units to provide financial insight and recommendations.
8. Identify trends, advise the company, and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
9. Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
10. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
11. Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
4. Strong experience with financial analysis and financial reporting.
5. Solid experience with SAP and ERP systems.
6. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
10. Proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight.
11. Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
12. CFA, CPA, or similar certification is a plus.
