Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Ensuring the timely and accurate production of Periodic, Quarterly & Year End Accounts for submission to our corporate office
- Regularly develop and approve appropriate financial and management reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial
- Process all financial and transaction information relating to business unit activities
- Perform profitability analysis by product line including cost basis, variance analysis and KPIs
- Actively participate in the implementation & continuous development of our ERP system (SyteLine/CSI010).
- Develop and enforce companywide methods of Working Capital management
- Facilitate the preparation of budgets and forecasts and sign-off with Management Team.
- Control weekly & monthly payrolls
- Manage the local finance/accounting team.
- Work with Corporate tax team on various tax matter related to the business
- Ensure timely cash reporting to corporate Treasury team
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasting
Requirements:
- 5+ years of finance and accounting experience within manufacturing
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Experience with ERP implementation
- Strong communication skills
