Job Details
- Lead all financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and forecasting
- Monitor cash flow and manage cost controls across the organization
- Ensure ongoing compliance with financial and industry regulations
- Provide actionable insights and partner with leadership for strategic planning
- Develop internal systems and processes to streamline financial operations
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles (bonus for trucking/transport)
- Skilled in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and comfort with fast-paced environments
