Job Details

Financial Analysis and Modeling

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis of potential real estate development and investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, ROI analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Develop complex financial models in Excel to evaluate various scenarios and assess risk and return profiles of projects.
  • Continuous maintenance of live projects’ financial models implementing actual performance to obtain better predictions of expected performance.
  • Analyze financial statements, market data, and economic trends to make informed recommendations regarding project feasibility and profitability.


Market Research and Due Diligence

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks in target markets.
  • Perform due diligence on prospective projects, including assessing zoning regulations, market demand, and competitive positioning.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships and joint ventures, conducting financial and operational due diligence to ensure alignment with company goals.


Investment Strategy and Decision Making

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding investment opportunities, portfolio management, and capital allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop investment strategies and execute business plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing real estate investments, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.


Reporting, Presentation, and Economic Analysis

  • Prepare and clearly communicate comprehensive investment memos, financial analysis, market research, and investment strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and elaborate Monthly Performance reporting for ongoing projects.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments, providing regular updates and insights to the team.


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years working in the real estate development industry, particularly with master planned communities
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.
