Responsibilities:

Utilize your public accounting experience to review and identify relevant documents for disputes or investigations.
Apply your financial acumen to analyze diverse financial transactions, including evaluating business performance, assessing economic motivations, considering valuation factors, and detecting fraud.
Play a vital role in preparing compelling presentations and reports for clients and their boards, offering strategic recommendations, conducting thorough financial analysis, and presenting case findings.
Take part in preparing key witnesses for depositions or trials, ensuring they are well-equipped and confident.
Showcase your ability to balance multiple projects and responsibilities effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

A CPA license is a requirement for this position.
Demonstrate your expertise with at least five years of work experience in an established accounting, consulting firm, or other professional services firm.
Exhibit strong financial analysis skills derived from your experience in public accounting.
Possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, management reporting, and financial reporting systems.
Showcase your adeptness in project management through prior work history.
Demonstrate a passion for advocacy and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
