Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing critical financial insights and strategic support to executive management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making related to complex business issues including valuation, profitability, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee the budgeting process, including the development of annual operating and capital budgets.
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Review operating expenses and payroll costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze the financial impact of marketing programs.
- Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis, and other projects requested by senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, operating/payroll costs, revenue, and marketing programs.
- General knowledge of SQL and BI development preferred.
- Experience with Virtual Roster, Kronos, Tableau, Teradata, IGT Table Touch, Bravo Poker preferred but not required.
- Casino or Gaming industry experience is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial planning software.
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
