Job Details

Duties/Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial statements including statement of cash flows
Manage a portion of the monthly close process and provide measures to condense the monthly close cycle, including but not limited to ASC 842 accounting and stock-based compensation entries (ASC 718)
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and MD&A
Oversee and manage the preparation of SEC filings and associated XBRL requirements to ensure that the financial statements adhere to GAAP and SEC regulations and requirements
Manage the preparation of work papers supporting the external financial statements, footnote disclosures, etc.
Research, draft, update, and own technical accounting memos (ASC 606, ASC 350, ASC 842)
Lead/Participate in special projects and other technical accounting areas as assigned (i.e., lease reporting, purchase accounting, integration)
Partner with FP&A on reconciliation of GAAP to management reporting and other internal reporting requests
Actively participate in the development and testing of internal controls and procedures.

Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related business field
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in a financial reporting role
CPA with a minimum of 3-5 years of public accounting experience
Public company reporting experience along with internal controls processes and procedures
Microsoft Dynamics and Jet Reports experience a plus
Experience with M&A integrations and post-closing activities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
