Nationally recognized company in the Tampa, FL metro area is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager
A bit about us:
The Manager of Financial Reporting will report to the CFO and be responsible for developing, directing and driving the accounting/financial reporting functions across the organization. Seeking a CPA that can come in and help at an individual hands-on contributor level help bring financial reporting (consolidation, flash reporting, analysis, budgeting/forecasting, etc.) to where it needs to be for the size of our organization.

- Oversee cost accounting practices, daily cash and debt management and produce weekly and monthly cash-flow reports
- Perform the consolidated close and monthly financial review including the reconciliation of GL accounts to monthly schedules;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP
- Plan, organize and coordinate the year-end close process with external auditors
- Manage preparation of tax schedules for external tax preparers
- Provide support to management, to enable informed operational and strategic decision support.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reporting as requested by executive team management

Qualitifications:
CPA Required
7-15 years of experience
Public Accounting Experience 3-5+ years’ experience (Senior or Manager level) Preferred
Private/Public Company Experience 3-5+ years (Financial Reporting Manager/Senior Manager Role; Controller; Accounting Senior Manager, etc)
Advanced Excel (PIVOT; POWERQUERY; ADVANCED FORMULAS: XLOOPUP, ETC.; SQL)
PowerBi Experience is a HUGE Plus
Career path growth over the next 1-2 yrs into a Director/ VP level role under the CFO
