Job Details

Job Details:
This position is ideal for a 5–7 year attorney with substantive derivatives experience looking to deepen an already specialized practice.

You'll Work On:
ISDA agreements
GMRA agreements
Prime brokerage agreements
Securities lending agreements
Credit and credit-linked swaps
Derivatives counseling
Trading agreements and related transactions
Dodd-Frank regulatory matters

Ideal Background:
5–7 years of substantive derivatives experience
Significant experience negotiating and drafting ISDA documentation
Strong understanding of financial products and trading agreements
Excellent drafting and client communication skills

Nice to Have:
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Dodd-Frank regulation
Structured finance
Lending transactions
Secured transactions
Bankruptcy
Creditors' rights
